SEAW Outreach is partnering with Washington Alliance for Better Schools (WABS) to promote STEM learning. Visit WABS' website for more information.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

ACCESS STEM is a program that equips educator-leaders with workforce connections to regional employers. Throughout the school year, volunteers share their expertise with a team of educators while creating a curriculum that focuses on career connected experiences for students (4th-12th grades).

The total time commitment is about 20 hours. Most team meetings are online. Each team determines the frequency and duration of those meetings.

Participation starts in August and ends in January or February. The cohort for each school year includes small teams comprising a mentor educator, 2-4 educator participants, and 2-3 volunteers.
